We do ask that you do not wander to other dwellings on the property to respect our privacy and our neighbors.

Quiet times: 10pm-7am (no loud music or activities to disturb neighbors)

NO SMOKING, FIRE or CANDLES ANYWHERE ON OUR PROPERTY. We live in a high fire zone and we must be very careful. We have a zero tolerance policy to fire and smoking.

No parties. This a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Number of guests on the property at ANY time must match reservation, any additional guests on the property for any period of time will be charged according to reservation rate. ONLY registered guests can come onto our property, 4 people MAX. NO EXCEPTIONS.

No photoshoot/commercial/filming of any kind.
