This beach is a nice and large beach with many tourist attractions along its length like Muscle Beach and the Pier. It is often crowded, and if you dont come in from the bike path, parking is really tough. The views are nice though, and there is a bikeway along the entire length of the beach.

Amazing park! When you are in the park, in some areas it might not even seem like you are still in the city. Anyone visiting NYC should take the time to walk through and explore the park. There is an amazing zoo, a carousel, ice skating rink, and even a castle in the park. The pictures are of the reservoir at the north end of the park.
